Building lot management
Overview
The Building Lot Management service provides information about vacant lots both in Berlin's inner city and in particularly attractive locations on the periphery of the inner urban area. The plots made public here are available for construction either immediately or in the near future. Information is available on building plots in the Berlin Districts of Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Pankow, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Tempelhof-Schoeneberg and Neukoelln, including
- vacant or under-utilised building lots
- vacant or under-utilised large-scale building areas, which are available for construction either as a whole or in stages, on the basis of an overall construction plan.
Note: For reasons of data protection, it is not always possible to list all separate parts of such an area here. The "Building area" in the Building lot search always refers to the overall potential area, irrespective of whether the specific details have been published for the entire area or only a part of it.
The BLM service provides information about sites for:
- Residential buildings in central and other locations, some of these in largely intact central Wilhelminian quarters, others with attractive inner-city waterfront locations, or in particularly attractive, tranquil residential locations on the periphery of the inner urban area with good transport connections
- Retail trading and service providers in central and other locations
- Commercial and production activities
