A green city center - BAF - Biotope area factor
Areas of application
The BAF covers urban forms of use - residential, commercial, and infrastructural - and formulates ecological minimum standards for structural changes and new development. All potential green areas, such as courtyards, roofs, walls, and fire walls, are included in the BAF.
The BAF values listed in the table below are applicable to the various development and use structures.
