Land Use Planning Berlin

Progress reports and information

Progress reports on Land Use Planning

With every revised publication of the Land Use Plan (updated reprint of the zoning map), a Progress Report on Land Use Planning (FNP-Bericht) is prepared about every four years. The report covers major planning issues and recent changes in circumstances relevant to land use planning. It also gives an account of the current state of land use planning for the city as a whole, bringing together the various more local planning schemes and decisions in a single planning instrument, which is subject to parliamentary control. After approval by the Senate the Progress Report is presented to the City Council. The report was published previously in 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2015.
